Is social investment profitable?
In the current fiscal and economic context, social investment is an excellent alternative for a secure real estate investment, sustained and guaranteed by the Brussels Region.
Rents on the social market, as part of TREVI VALUABLE INVEST, were fixed in collaboration with an AIS (Agence Immobilière Sociale), a Social Real Estate Agency. These rents cannot exceed certain limits defined by the Brussels-Capital Region depending on the type of property and the number of rooms.
